By accessing or using Level Up Income System, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Membership and accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account. Accounts may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
Digital products and levels
The platform provides digital training, tools, promotional resources, and membership-level access. Access is limited to levels that have been verified and activated for the member.
Member and admin payments
Payments may follow a two-step process: payment to the displayed qualified sponsor, followed by a separate administrator fee after sponsor approval. Members are responsible for verifying or denying payments they receive. Payment information must be entered accurately.
No earnings guarantee
We do not promise or guarantee income, profits, business growth, or financial results. Examples are illustrative. Results vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors.
Acceptable promotion
Members must not make false earnings claims, send spam, impersonate others, or misrepresent the system. Promotional materials must comply with applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules.
Refunds and disputes
Because access may include digital products delivered immediately, refund eligibility may be limited. Contact support promptly about billing errors or access problems. Member-to-member disputes should first be addressed with the payment recipient and may be escalated to support.
Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, create risk, abuse the platform, or engage in fraud. Members may stop using the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, and Level Up Income System is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
